Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund for up to 15 days after purchase date.  Items will not be accepted after 15 days of our original shipment to you. A 10% Restocking fee will be charged on items that recieved Free Shipping to cover outgoing shipping charges.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.  Please include a note specifying return or exchange request.  We do not require a RA number.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returned products must be in NEW salable condition with ALL original tags and packaging.  New salable condition means that the item must be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, and absent of any stains, scuffs, tears, or foreign smells.

Products returned that do not meet the new salable condition requirements or are not returned with original tags and packaging will be charged a minimum of 15% restocking fee.

Size Exchanges are welcome if the returned product meets NEW salable condition requirments.

We DO NOT accept returns on custom built arrows.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
If a problem or defect exists with a product, please contact the manufacturer directly.  The manufacturer can quickly address any warranty concerns for their products.  We will make every effort to assist you upon request.
