Easton Axis Arrows
The Easton Axis is the best-selling hunting arrow in the world for a reason — micro-diameter carbon construction that cuts through wind, penetrates deep, and holds tight groups at hunting distances. If you shoot a hunting bow and haven't tried Axis, this is where most serious bowhunters end up eventually.
Easton 5mm Axis Arrows
The original micro-diameter hunting arrow. Smaller outer diameter means less wind drift, better penetration through hide and bone, and tighter groups downrange. Available in a range of spines to match your draw weight and length. The go-to hunting arrow for elk, mule deer, and whitetail bowhunters across the West.
Shop 5mm Axis →Easton 5mm Axis Pro Arrows
The Pro steps up straightness tolerances and consistency for hunters who demand tighter groups at distance. Same micro-diameter carbon construction as the standard Axis, built to a higher spec for shooters who can tell the difference at 60 yards and beyond.
Shop 5mm Axis Pro →Easton 4mm Axis Long Range Match Grade
The narrowest Axis profile available, built for bowhunters pushing their effective range in open western country. Match Grade tolerances, 4mm outer diameter, and a stiffer construction that holds its line in wind and retains energy at distance. The pick for spot-and-stalk hunters shooting past 60 yards.
Shop 4mm Axis Long Range →Easton FMJ — Full Metal Jacket Arrows
The Easton FMJ wraps a carbon core in an aluminum jacket — combining the light weight and spine consistency of carbon with the density and durability of aluminum. The result is a heavy, micro-diameter arrow that hits harder, penetrates deeper, and holds its energy through shoulder blades and ribs that stop lighter shafts cold.
Easton 5mm FMJ Arrows
The original Full Metal Jacket at 5mm outer diameter. Exceptional broadhead compatibility combined with the density and penetration that made the FMJ the benchmark for heavy hunting arrows. Available in multiple spines for a wide range of draw weights.
Shop 5mm FMJ →Easton 4mm FMJ Arrows
The narrowest FMJ profile available. At 4mm outer diameter, the FMJ 4mm slips through wind deflection and punches through bone with the momentum of a much heavier shaft. The preferred arrow for big game hunters who prioritize penetration above everything else.
Shop 4mm FMJ →Easton 5mm FMJ Pro Arrows
The FMJ Pro brings match-grade straightness tolerances to the Full Metal Jacket platform. For hunters who want the penetration advantage of the FMJ and the precision of a match-grade shaft — at hunting distances and beyond.
Shop 5mm FMJ Pro →Easton FMJ Max 5mm Arrows
The heaviest arrow in the FMJ family. The FMJ Max is built for hunters chasing maximum kinetic energy and momentum — more weight forward, deeper penetration, and bone-crushing performance on elk-sized game and larger.
Shop FMJ Max →Easton 5.0 Carbon Hunting Arrows
Easton's 5.0 line delivers micro-diameter carbon performance with a versatile, hunter-friendly design built for a wide range of draw weights and broadhead setups. Same Easton spine consistency and straightness tolerances in a shaft that punches well above its price point.
Easton 5.0 Match Grade Arrows
A 5mm micro-diameter carbon shaft built to match-grade spine and straightness tolerances. Compatible with a broad range of inserts and broadheads — the right call for hunters who want proven micro-diameter flight and penetration at a strong value.
Shop 5.0 Match Grade →Easton 5.0 Arrows w/ 50gr Halfout
The 5.0 pre-assembled with a 50-grain halfout insert — ready to build out without the extra component hunt. A smart choice for hunters who want a complete 5mm micro-diameter setup with front-of-center flexibility right out of the box.
Shop 5.0 w/ 50gr Halfout →Easton Carbon Legacy & Storm Arrows
Traditional-style carbon arrows and ready-to-shoot hunting shafts for hunters who want a proven carbon shaft at a straightforward price point — or a classically styled arrow for traditional and longbow shooters.
Easton Carbon Storm — Factory Pre-Fletched
A factory pre-fletched carbon hunting arrow ready to shoot out of the box. The Storm is the right pick for hunters who want a reliable, consistent hunting shaft without building arrows from components — cut, fletch, nock, and go.
Shop Carbon Storm →Easton Carbon Legacy — Feather Fletched
A 6.5mm carbon shaft with traditional feather fletching for recurve and longbow shooters who want modern carbon durability in a classically styled arrow. Forgiving flight through a traditional rest and quiet in the quiver.
Shop Carbon Legacy →Easton Arrow Tools & Accessories
The tools that make arrow building and field maintenance faster and cleaner. We stock Easton's prep and maintenance accessories so you can build right and pull arrows without destroying your fletching.
Easton Arrow Prep Tool Kit
Everything you need to prep carbon shafts for inserts and components — deburring tool, cleaning supplies, and the essentials for a proper arrow build. Getting the shaft prep right is the step most hunters skip, and it's the one that matters most for insert retention and broadhead alignment.
Shop Arrow Prep Kit →Easton Arrow Puller Wedge
A simple, effective tool for pulling arrows from foam and bag targets without torquing the shaft or tearing fletching. If you shoot at a target regularly, an arrow puller is one of the cheapest ways to extend the life of your arrows and your fletching.

Straightness and Spine Consistency You Can Measure
Every Easton hunting shaft is manufactured to published straightness and spine tolerances — and those tolerances are tighter than most hunters realize they need until they start shooting at distances where inconsistency shows up in a group. An arrow that flies differently than the one before it isn't a broadhead problem or a form problem. It's a shaft problem. Easton solves that at the manufacturing level so you're not troubleshooting it at the range.
Micro-Diameter Is Not a Gimmick
The move to micro-diameter arrows was driven by real ballistic advantages — less surface area in the wind means less deflection on a crosswind shot, and a smaller diameter at impact means more energy focused on a smaller point of contact for deeper penetration. Easton pioneered micro-diameter hunting arrows with the Axis and FMJ and has spent years refining the insert systems, component compatibility, and spine engineering that makes small-diameter arrows practical for hunting. The results speak for themselves in the field.

Easton Arrows FAQs
What is the difference between the Easton Axis and the Easton FMJ?
The Easton Axis is a pure carbon micro-diameter arrow — light, fast, and consistent. The Easton FMJ (Full Metal Jacket) wraps a carbon core in an aluminum jacket, making it significantly heavier for the same diameter. The FMJ hits harder at impact and penetrates deeper through bone and hide, at the cost of some speed. Axis is the right call for hunters prioritizing flat trajectory and speed. FMJ is the right call for hunters prioritizing maximum penetration on big game — especially elk and larger animals where getting through the shoulder is the difference between a clean kill and a long track job.
How do I choose the right arrow spine?
Arrow spine selection depends on your draw weight, draw length, arrow length, point weight, and bow setup. Too stiff a spine and the arrow fishtails out of the bow. Too weak a spine and it wobbles and groups poorly. Easton publishes a spine selection chart as a starting point, but the right answer for your specific setup can vary depending on how your bow is tuned. If you're not sure, stop by our Rexburg shop with your bow and we'll help you select and cut the right shaft — or call us at (208) 656-0616.
Can you cut and prep arrows in-shop?
Yes. Bring your bow or your draw length measurement and we'll cut your arrows to the correct length, square the ends, and install inserts in-shop. Getting arrows cut to the right length for your specific draw makes a measurable difference in spine performance and flight consistency. Walk-ins welcome, or call (208) 656-0616 to schedule.
Are Easton micro-diameter arrows compatible with standard broadheads?
Most modern broadheads are compatible with micro-diameter shafts through an outsert or a proprietary insert depending on the specific shaft and head. Easton publishes a compatibility guide for broadhead fitment by shaft model. When in doubt, bring your broadheads in-shop and we'll confirm fitment before you build out your dozen.
How fast do Easton arrow orders ship from Mountain Archery?
Most Easton arrow orders placed before 2 PM Mountain Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ship the next business day. We stock Easton arrows deep across popular spines through hunting season — if a specific spine or model is out of stock, we'll contact you within one business day with an ETA. Pre-season is the best time to stock up before popular spines sell out heading into fall.
