A durable Big Game pant built tough for extended forays above timberline, The Timberline Pant features a 4-way stretch fabric in an ergonomic cut that won’t slow you down when gaining vert, but will keep you warm when settling in for a slow stalk. All pockets feature silent snaps and quiet zips that won’t give you away, and provide quick access to small essentials.

The removable knee pads offer additional protection whether scrambling over sharp rocks in the NWT or picking your way through cholla in the Sonora Desert. The fit is athletic – with tapered legs and a low profile waist that won’t bunch or chafe under a pack. The seat and knees are reinforced with a waterproof nylon Ripstop, so a long slog on a wet saddle or a quick seat in the snow won’t leave you cold.

I just got these and haven’t hunted in them yet, but I can tell they’re going to be my new favorite hunting pants. The thigh pockets should be able to hold everything I need in the field. They have both a zippered flat part and a larger part that snaps at the top with two quiet snaps per pocket. The pants are stretchy overall and very nicely tailored for women with curves. I’m 5’7″, 130#, with big thighs and a small waist, and the 28 fits me perfectly. The waistband feels soft and flat – should be great with a heavy pack. The fly zipper has a little cord that should make it easier to open with gloves on. I especially love the rugged waterproof parts on the butt and knees, and I do plan to leave the thin kneepads in (they could come in handy if I end up field dressing an animal!). Can’t wait to wear these for the hunt this fall. Thanks Mountain Archery for great service and fast shipping.

I just finished my first turkey hunt in these pants. I love them, very comfortable and protected my seat and knees when I was setting up in rocks and dry dirt. I love the rubber snaps and all the zippers are quiet and easy to use. I was able to use the thigh zipper pockets for all my essential needs. I appreciate the fast delivery and will probably get a second pair to use for long weekend hunts. Highly recommend.

i love these i was a little nervous about them at first but being heavy but we got hit with a huge cold snap i put them on over my base layer and light weights and i was able to hit the hard terrain in cold windy weather and did great.. i was very impressed and after 20miles and 14 days of rocks sage brush bryer etc they still look new.. no rips snags or stains im very impressed and highly recommend..
